(1) The prison administrator may conduct various skill-based or income-generating programs within the prison premises to make the inmates self-reliant or to provide them with opportunities to earn income.
(2) Subsection (1). The prison administrator shall make necessary arrangements to give access to the market for the goods produced from the program conducted in accordance with this.
(3) According to sub-section (1), out of the income received from the income program, the amount specified on the basis of the contribution of labor shall be provided to the concerned prisoner.
(4) According to sub-section (1), other arrangements related to conducting skill-oriented or income-oriented programs shall be as prescribed.
